Data
- ConnectionsTell Right On Screen where your data lives and how to sign in to it. Feeds read through connections.
- FeedsA feed is one list of data read through a connection. Create one, check what it returns, and see what each store sent.
- Store agentSend each venue's own data, such as local prices from its POS, from a back-office PC to a per-store feed with the Right On Screen store agent.
- Data tablesJoin several feeds into one list, such as your menu with each store's prices, then fix values by hand and hide rows.
Design
- Templates and the editorDesign a sign's layout once and link its text, prices and images to your data, with repeaters for menus, local-time clocks and any Google Font.
- AI wizardDescribe a menu board in a sentence and get an editable draft template built from your real data, with every price and name linked to a feed.
Publish
- SignsPublish a template for a venue so screens can play it. Published signs update themselves when the data changes; republish only after a design change.
- Rules and fixed valuesHide rows and override single values for one sign or one venue, without editing the template or the data.
- PlaylistsRotate several signs or media files on one screen, schedule items by day, time or date, and choose fade or cut transitions.
Screens
- LocationsAdd your venues with their time zone and store number, so screens show local times and each store's own data.
- Set up a screenInstall the Right On Screen player on Windows, macOS, Linux or Android behind any TV, then pair it with the six-character code it shows.
- What a screen playsAssign signs, playlists and media to a screen, schedule them, push content to many screens at once, and set up a standby.
